The humble petition and appeal of the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the poor of the parish of St. Gregory by St Pauls
London
Sheweth
That one

his wife
by Virtue of a Warrant
under the hands and Seals of two of her Maties Justices of the Peace
within this City (one being of the Quorn) bearing Date the Thirteenth
Day of November last pass was removed from the parish of St. Sepulchre
London unto the said parish of St. Gregory by St. Pauls
alleadging the
said parish to be the place of the last legall settlement of the said

That your Petitioner: doubt not but to prove that the said

never had any legall settlement in the said
Parish of St Gregory by St Pauls
whereby they conceive
themselves aggreived by the Said Warrant and Judgment
of the said two Justices and do humbly Appeal to your Honr
and Worpps therefrom
Your Petitioners therefore most humbly pray
Your Honr and Worpps will be pleased to hear
them in the prmisses And that the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the said parish of
St. Sepulchre
may appear before you and hear
and abide the Determination of your Honr &
Worpps touching this Appeale
And your Petitioners Shall ever Pray
