The humble petition & Appeal of the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the poor of the parish of St. Mary
Rother hite
in the County of Surry
Sheweth
That one
Sarah Uzell< no role >
wide
by Virtue of a Warrant under the hands
and Seals of two of her Majestys Justices of the peace
(within this City
one being of the Quor) bearing Date the four and twentieth Day
of October last past was removed form the parish of St. Olave
Hart Street
within the City of London
unto the said parish of Sr
St Mary Rotherhith
in the County of Surry
alleadging the said parish
of St. Mary Rotherhith
to be the place of her last legal Settlement
That your Petitioners doubt not but to prove that
the said Sarah Uzell< no role >
never had any legal Settlement
in the said parish of St Mary Rotherhithe
whereby
they conceive themselves aggreived by the said
Warrant and Judgment of the said two Justices and
do humbly appeal to your Honr: and Worpps therefrom
Your Petitioners therefore most humbly
pray your Honr and Worpps will be
pleased to hear them in the prmisses
And that the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of the said parish
of St. Olaves Hart Street
may appear
before you and hear and abide the
determination of your Honr and Worpps
touching this Appeal
And your Petioners Sall ever pray Etc
