and Overseers of the poor of the parish of Saint Mary Abchurch

lately passed upon your said parish from the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the parish of Allhallowes on

thereby mentioning the last legall Settlemt. of
the said Richard Rootledge< no role >
and Frances his Wife to be in
your said parish as it then appeared upon the examinacon
of the said Richard Rootledge< no role >
taken upon oath before Sr

one of her Majesties Justices of the peace
for this
City and libties Notwithstanding which she said Richard
Rootledge being this day brought before Us by you the said
Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the said
parish of Saint Mary abchurch
did upon further examinacon
upon his oath declare that in the yeare of our Lord 1705
which was Since he left your said parish of St Mary
Abchurch
aforesaid he rented an house of twenty
pounds P Anm in the parish of Saint Katherine
Creedchurch
London known by the sign of the Dyers
Arms
and occupied the trade of a Victuraller
therein
for the space of three weeks and upwards Wee the said
Justices do therefore adjudge the said parish of Saint
Katherine Creedchurch
London to be the last legall

to charge and comand you the said Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of the said parish of St. Mary

the poor of the parish of Saint Katherine Creedchurch
London whom wee do hereby require to receive and
provide for them according to Law Hereof faile not
