The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the parish Hampton in the
County of Middlesex

Sheweth

That One Hannah Warwick< no role > Singlewoman by Virtue of a Warrant
under the hands and Seals of two of her Majesty's Justices of the Peace
within this City one being of the Quorn) bearing Date the Eighth
Day of July last past was removed from the parishes St Peter
West cheap in the City of London unto the said parish of Hampton
alleadging the said parish to be the place of the last legal Settlement
of the said Hannah Warwick< no role >

That your Petitioners doubt not hut to prove that the
said Hannah Warwick< no role > never had any legal Settlement
in the said parish of Hampton whereby they conceive
themselves aggreived by the said Warrant and Judgment
of the said two Justices and do humbly Appeal to your
Honr and Worpps therefrom

Your Petitioners therefore most humbly
pray Your Honr and Worpps will be pleased
to hear them in the prmisses and that the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor
of the said parish of St. Peter west cheap may
Appear before you and hear and abide the
Determination of your Honr and Worpps
touching this Appeal

And your Petitioners Shall ever Pray
