Whereas Complaints has been this day made unto us two of her
Majties: Justices of the peace for this City and Libertices (Quorum
unus) by the Church wardens and Overseers of the poor of the
parish of St. Botolph without Aldgate London That Richard
Jennings
< no role > an Infant aged about four years was lately left in the said
parish and likely to become chargeable unto the said parish
unless timely prvented And whereas it appears unto us
the sd Justices by the Examinacon on Oath of Charity Coleman< no role >
in Goodmans yard in the parish of St. Mary white Chapell
that the said Richard Jennings< no role > is the Son of Richard Jennings< no role >
who ten years agoe lived at the Castle alehouse in mach lane
in the parish of St. Olave in hart street London where he
paid Thirty pounds yearly Rent and has obtained noe other
Legall Settlement Since Elsewhere Wee doe there foredeem
and adjudge that the said parish of St. Olave in Hart Street
London is the last Legall Settlement of the said Infant

to will and require you the Church Wardens and Overseers of the
poor of the parish of St. Botolph without Aldgate London
forthwith to remove pass & Conveys the said Infant Richard
Jennings
< no role > from & Out of your parish unto the parish of
St. Olave in hart Where London and him leave with the
Church Wardens and Overseers of the poor There or some
or one of them who are hereby required to receive and
provide for him According to Law and this shall
be your Warrant Given under One hands and Seals
