Whereas Complt hath beene made unto us Two
of her Maties Justices of the Peace in the said Citty (Quor
unus) by the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poore of
the Parish of St. Giles without Criplegate London That
Sarah Hancock< no role > Spinster in lately come into theire Parish
endeavouring to Settle there without giveing Notice in
writeing to the said Church wardens and Overseers of the
Poore or any of them according to Law or haveing gained
any legall Settlemt. there and is likely to become chargeable
to theire said Parish And Whereas it appeares
unto us upon the Oath of Ezekiell Hancock< no role > That the
said Sarah Hancock< no role > lived an hired Servt . by the Yeare
for Severall Yeares together with Mr. Tanner att
Fishmongers Hall in the Parish of St. Miles Crookedlane
London, and that the said Sarah Hannah hath not
since obteined any other legall Settlemt. whereupon we
doe adjudge the said Sarah Hancock< no role > to be last legally
settled in the said Parish of St. Miles Crooked Lane

These are therefore in her Maties name Strictly
to Charge and comand you the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poore of the said Parish of St. Giles without Criplegate
London Same or one of you upon Sight hereof To remove
and convey the body of the said Sarah Hancock< no role > out of your
said Parish unto the said Parish of St. Miles Crooked lane
London and her deliver unto the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the Poore there or to Some or one of them whoe are
hereby required her to receive and pvide for (as occasion
shall require) untill they shall be of her discharged by
due course of Law and for Soe doeing this shall be your
Warrt. Given undr. our hands and Seales this 19th. day
of November Anno Dm 1706 .
