The humble Petition of the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the Poore of the Parish of St. Botolph without Aldersgate
London

Sheweth


That by virtue of a Warrant under the hands and Seales of twoe of Her
Maties. St Geo of the Peace within the City of London (Quor unus) dated
the Fourth day of February 1706. One Hannah Robbins< no role > wife of Jasper
Robbins
< no role > now in Ireland with Henrietta Robins< no role > their Daughter aged between
twoe & three yeares were sent by the Churchwardens & Overseers of the
Poore of the Parish of St. Peter in Cornhill London to yor. Petr. to be Pvided
for [..] that [..] appeared to the said Justices That the last legall
Settlement of the said Jasper Robins< no role > the husband of the said Hannah [..]
Robins
< no role > was in yor. Petrs. Parish where he was Apprentice with William
Litleboy
< no role > Taylor And Served him severall Yeares Whereas in truth the said
Jasper Robins< no role > never lived with the said William Litleboy< no role > as an Appntice
in yor Petrs. Parish

Yor. Petrs. therefore humbly Pray yor. Honor &
Worpps. to hear them in the premisses & Order the
Churchwardens & Overseers of St. Peters in Cornhill
London to appear here before you To Shew Cause why
they should Provide for the said Hanna Robins< no role > & her
Daughter And to Quash the said Warrant made by the
said twoe Justices And to send the said Hanna Robins< no role >
& Henrietta Robins< no role > back to the Churchwardens of St.
Peters in Cornhill London To be by them kept and
Provided for untill They can Free themselves of the
Charge thereof By due Course of Lawe

And They shall Ever Pray Etc
