for this Citie and the Libties thereof (Quor unus)
by you the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poore of
the parish of St. Bennet Fink

is lately came into your said Parish and
is likely to become chargeable thereto unless timely prvented
And whereas it appeares unto us by the oath of the said
Margaret Britaine that her late husband Ralph Brittaine< no role >
was a Lodger in the Parish of St. Stephen Coleman Street
London by the space of forty daies and upwards next
before the month of May which was in the yeare of our
Lord God one thousand six hundred eighty and five since
which time neither the said Ralph in his life time nor the sd.
Margaret since his death have a obteined and other legall setlemt. We doe
therefore adjudge the last legall settlemt. of the said
Margarett Brittaine to be in the said Parish of St.
Stephen Coleman Street
London.
These are therefore in Her Maties. name to require you to
forthwith to remove and convey the said Margaret Britaine< no role >
from and out of your said parish of St. Bennet Fink
London
to the said parish of St. Stephen Coleman street
London and
her leave with the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poore there or one of them who are hereby required to receive
and pvide for her according to Law Hereof faile not And
this shall be your Warrt. Given undr. our hands and
seales the twentieth day of September 1707.
