Feloniously Willfully Etc
did make an Assault & that the sd John Kingstone< no role >
with a Certaine Butchers Clearer made of
Iron & Steele of the Value of one Shillingwhichthe sd John Cooke< no role >
Feloniously Willfrely Etc did Strike
& bruise & did then & there given to the sd John Cooke< no role >
with the Clearer aforesd one Mortall
bruise in & upon the Left [..] Side of his lead near the Lestlye of which le Longin sled [..] as
well at the Parrish of st Faith
as at the Parish of Christchurch
from these 22d day of March unto the
29th of these Month & then Dyed therof at Christchurch
They fynde him Guilty of Murder but
fynde no Goods Chattells Lands or Tenemts to their knowledge In Wittness Etc
