The Severall Informacons of Roger Worsdall< no role > Peter Canull< no role >
and Theophilus Browne< no role > taken this 6th. day of March Anno Dui
1706 before the right worll. Sr. Thomas Rawlinson< no role > knight and
Aldran and one of her Maties. Justices of the peace for the said City

Inprimis the said Roger Worsdall< no role > and Theophilus Browne< no role > being
ofythe Age of 14 years or thereabouts, Doe Depoth and say That
one Nathaniel Day< no role > entired them into Lincolns Inn feilds about two or three
Months agoe as they Remember, and at the West end of St. Pauls Churchyard as they were passing along
the said Nathl. Day< no role > opened a glass Case at a book sellers Shop between two
Spertache Shope, and tooke thereout 4 Comon prayr. bookes tip with Silver
and afterwards passing along towards Bridewell near Fleet ditch , and going
over the Bridge over against Blackfryers came thro a Lane and tooke
two hath out of a hatmaters Shop there, without hatbands or Lyning, And
after they had soe possest themselves of the said bookes and hatts, the said Day
brought than to the house of one Revell in Duk Lane near West Smythfeild
where they sold them all to the said Revell and his wife for 12s, which she
payd three or four daies after.

That the said Revells Wife at the Same tyme prompted them to goe out againe
and take more Thnigs and bring toher and she would give them Money for them
and gave them three or 4 glasses apeece of Brandy or strong Waters.

Item the said Peter Camell< no role > of the age of Twelve years and upwards, Saith that
soon after Christmas last Theophilus Browne< no role > & James Ellison< no role > being in Company with him
went together to an Alehouse cald the two Brewers in Duck Lane aforesaid, and
cald for a pint of Drink, and then took their opportunity to tease a brass Sawre pan &
Pewter plate which they found upon a bench coming out of the house, and that they
went imediately with them to Rebella house within 4 doors from that place, and
sold the Pawnpan & plate to Revell and his Wife who were both in a froome
up one pair of Stairs, and they had 8d. for the [..] pan & 4d. for the plate, and
they gave them two glasses of brandy apeere, and encouraged them to goe
and steale more and being to them and they would buy them.
