The Depont Thomas Marshall< no role > Doth confess and
say thatyesterdayon fryday Night last about 7 a Clock in the Evening
Nathaniel day< no role > a boy of about 18 years of Age
together with Theophilus Browne< no role > & Roger Wisdome< no role >
Boys of about Twelve years old did take out
of a Leathersell ye shop near Newgate (as they told
him) about 2 doz: of Skins coulered ped and a price
of white or Tand leather; And that after they
were soe possess of the Said Leather he this
Depont. together with the Said Nath: Day< no role > and the
other 2 boys aforesaid did carry them to one Thomas
Revells< no role > house that keeps a brokers shop in Duck
Lane between West Smithfeild and Little
Brittain, where they usually carry such things
as they had stolen, And that they left the said

prtended to buy them but did not.
