That The sd: Robinson at any time Suffers the women Felons to come among
the men Felons & alsoe the men Felons among the women Felons they
severally paying six pence a peice for such allowance: And alsoe permitts
them to stay together whole nights for twelve pence a peice.

That When prurs are brought in the partners take two shillings out of every
ones pockett by force, pretending it is their due, except the prurs give
it fairly, & then the other Felons seize them, & take away all their
money & when Compll. of this abuse is made to the sd: Robinson, hee
putts the Felons in Frons for an houre or two & then dischorges them
& afterwards lays the parties complaining in, Frons, & suffers them
to by soe till they give him money for their Release.

That When this Exaiate was removed abt: three Monthes ago from the Masters
side to the Comon side in the sd: Goal the sd. Partners demanded of him
two shillings, which he being unwilling to pay, One Carter who then was
& now is a prur as the partners pretend, promise to pay the sd: two
shillings for him which he refuseing to doe, about three weeks after
one Talbott a prur pickt a Quarrell with the sd Carter & the sd: Robinson
comeing up & some of the sd partners whispering with him, He
ordered the sd: Carter to be put in Prons, in which he lay forty eight
houres or thereabouts.

That A pipe which should convey the Ordure into the Vault of the sd: Goal
hath been broke by the space of about sixteen weeks last past, & as this
Exaite is credibly informed for some yeares before by which meanes-
the Ordure, runns into a Room called Tangier whereby the poor
Debtrs: are very much anoyd, which Nusanse this Exaite believes is
continued, to induce those prisoners who have money or friends to
continue on the Masters Side, for his advantage.

That This Exaiate saith That he hath seen some Books whereby it
appeares That the Charities formerly given to the sd: Goal in
money & bread & meat did amount to one hundred & forty pounds
P Ann or thereabouts which is now sunck as he is credibly informed
to about Twenty Eight pounds of Ann, And that Mr: Fell keeps the
seale of the sd: Goal, by which meanes the poor prurs canot have
that Inst Account of the Charity which they ought to have: That
the sd: seal, as this Deponet [..] is informed [..] [..] was formerly kept in a Chest
in the sd: Goal under three Keys, of which the Keeper of the sd:
Goal had one, the steward another, & the prurs another.
