Whereas [..] King [..] son the, parish St. Gyles
Cripplegate Dyer was lately bound over at the Sq [..] of
[..] for the County of Surry by recognizance with
sureties to appear of the Sessions of the peace to be
held for the City of London after Easter to answer
matters to be objected against him by the Church
Warden & Overseers of the poor of the parish of St.
Andrew Holborne London or Some of them concerning
his being charged to be the father of a certain bastard
Child or to that purport.

We he sd Churchwarden & Overseer do hereby
certify to [..] the Worshipfull her Maties
Justices of the peace in & for the sd. City sand whom
[..] it may concerne that the sd. Child is since
dead and we are satisfyed by the sd. [..] Jackson
at [..] es retatina to the sd. Child or any the
[..] yeres And are arling and desirous that
the said Wm. Jackson< no role > & his said sureties be
discharged of & from the sd. Recognizance In
witness whereof we have hereto set our hands
this fourteenth day of April 1705
