Upon the humble Peticon of Peter Parker< no role > Brabazon on Aylmore< no role > John Matson< no role >
Nathaniell Trouchton< no role > duely Nominated and appointed at Easter last 1705
to be Overseers of the Poore of the Parish of St. Michaell Cornhill London
prsented to this Courte. Complayning of Severall under proceedings made & done
by Nathaniell Holhead< no role > John Chadwell< no role > & James Perkins< no role > the prsent Churchwardens
of the said parish in relation to their severall Offices and concerning the
moneys gathered by them for the releife of the Poore Andm of duely
Accompting for the same, and of other matters Sett forth in the said Peticon
As by the same may fully appeare The Riche Honoble Sr . Owen Buckingham< no role >
Knt . Lord Maior of this City Sr . Thomas Stampe< no role > Knt . Sr . John Houblon< no role >
Knt . Sr . Thomas Abney< no role > Knt . & Sr . Jeffery Jefferyes< no role > Knt . Moermen and
Justices of the Peace within this City or any twoe of them are by this
Courte desired to meete & Examyne the Severall matters Complayned of
in the said Peticon. And to settle the same amongst them for the
future. And itt is Ordered That the said Churchwarden's & Overseers
abovenamed, As alsoe Mr. Manshipp the late Churdhwarden, doe
appeare before the said Justices att such tyme and place as any twoe
of them shall Appoint in such behalfe with their Severall Asessments
Vestry Booke and Miuntes thereof Bookes of Accompts, And all other
Bookes and writings which may be requisite and necessary for the
Examination of the matters Complained of in the said Peticon.
