to take what half he come to him [..] hit and to send him a peice
of each fort for that the duke of northumberland wanted to
[..] Informt. accordingly did within a month or
[..] after Esqr. Contract was made and then he Ordered
the Informt to send the whole Quantity agreed for to his the
Sd. Pitkins house wth. was done abt. a Fortnight afterwards
[..] Informt. further sayeth that with in a very little time
of [..] the Informt. had sent ye sd. late to Mr. Pitkins
One Mr. Chase a swore Cintler who [..] med wth,
ye Sd. Mr. Breenwood came to the Informt. and told him
that Mr Breenwood told him the sd Chase that he this
Informt and cutt himselfe out of ye business by reason
[..] did of made ye. late meaning ye late sold by this Informt.
to Mr Pitkins) to wood as it ought to have been and that he
the said Breenwood intended to have had late of this
Informt. [..] value of a Thousands or Fifteen hundred
Pounds but that now he meaning this Informt. had
[..] himselfe out And this Informt. Sayeth that ye. next day
[..] this Informt. applyed himselfe to ye. sd. Mr. Breenwood
Saying he was very sorry his late was Complained of and
Mr Breenwood answered him (seeing to be angry) that
he had had some late of Mr. Pitkin but unless it were better
it was of for his purpose And ye next day after he this Informt.
went to Mr. Pitkins and told him he was very sorry to hear his
late was found fault with and that he had been with Mr.
Breenwood who seemed very angry Whereupon Mr. Pitkin told
this Informt. that Mr. Breenwood was very angry wth. him this
Informt. for makeing the lone so ill but that he ye. sd. Pitkin
would endeavour to night gate ye. matters with Mr. Breenwood
& all should be well & then Ordered this Informt. to come to him
