The peticon & Appeale of the Churchwarden & overseers of the poore
of the parish of St. Margarett Lothbury London

Sheweth

That by virtue of a warrt. under the homes & seales of twoe of his Maties
Justices of the peace one being of the Quor dated 4th. March 1699 George
Shipside< no role > Dorothy< no role > his Wife & 2 children were brought by the Churchwardens
of St. Dunstant in the next to yt Pt.9 to be provided for on the oath of the
said George That his last legall Settlemt wood in the said parish of St. Margaretts
Lothbury whereas in tenth the said Shipside was never a legall Inhitant
in their parish

Their humble suite it that ye honor & worpps. wilbe pleased to
hears them in the prmitted And to send the And George they for to
the Churchwardens of A Duns street in the west To be provided for
& Mainteyned according to Lawe
