1696 was bound Appntice
to John Parter< no role >
or St. Anne Backryers
Watchmaker
To serve with him for the Terme of Seaven yeares from the date of the said
Indenture And received the Sume or Five pounds from Yor. Petr. thereupon And the
said John Parter being not Housekeeper but a lodger And not a workeman able
to teach the said Thomas the art and Trade of a Watchmaker
and being often out of
Towne and leaving the said Thomas Nath without any thing for the Subsistence
And no worke to doe in his said Trade
His humble cuite unto yor. good Honor and Worpps. wth That
you will be pleased to cause the said John Parter to appear before
you to shew cause why the said Thomas Nath< no role >
should not be
discharged from the said Indenture of Apprenticeshipp
. That soe had
may be putt forth to some able workeman To learnt this said
