Whereas Complaint hath been made unto us
Twoe of his Maties. Justices of the Peace for the said
City (Quor unus) by the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the Poore of the Parish of St. Buttolph without
Aldgate London That one Henry Firbancke< no role > This name instance is in set 2962. came
lately into their said Parish Endeavouring to Settle
there without giveing Notice in writeing to the said
Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poore or any of them
as be Leave is required And that hee been with
hint Margarett Firbancke< no role > This name instance is in set 2962. his Danghter being
an Infant of about the age of Seaven or Eight
moneths And that the said Henry Firbancke< no role > This name instance is in set 2962. is
time runne away and has left this said Child or Chery
to the said Parish And For as much as It appeares
unto us upon the Affidavit of the said Henry
Firbanke< no role > This name instance is in set 2962. by him made & Subscribed some time
before his Departure as aforesaid That his last
legall Settlemt. was in the parish of St. Swithens
in the City & County of the City of Norwich in
the County of Norfolke where hee Served as an
Appentice wth. one Christopher Bellingham< no role > & afterward
turned Over to one Robert Warmon< no role > in the said pish
Worsted weaver wth whome he Lived Five yeares And
that time he hath had noe other legall settlemt. what soevr.

& Comand you or some or one of you the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the poore of the said parish of St. Buttolph
without Algt . on light hereof to remove and convey the Body
of the said Margt. Firbanke< no role > This name instance is in set 2962. out of yor. sd Parish unto the sd Pish of
St. Swithins in the sd City & County of the City of Norwich in the
County of Norfolke and her deliver unto the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poore there or to some or one of them who
are hereby required her to receive and proved for untill
They Shall be of her is charged by due Course of Lawe And
for be Some this shall be your Warrant given under our
Hands and Seales this Fifteenth day of May Anno Domini

Churchwardens & Overseers of the poore of the pish of St.
Switheys in the City and County of the City of Norwich
