was in your Petrs. Parish where he lived att the time of the crease of King Charles
the second for about three quarters of a yeare after & since that he hath had noe legall
settlement whatever Whereas in truth the said Ralph Harwood< no role >
with Elizth. his wife
& their Children did not come into the Parish of St. Michl. Basses
have untill three moneths
after the Death of King Charles the Second wch. was in or about May 1685 And was not
there Forty days before the Statute of King James the Second nor did hee give notice
writeing of the place of his above As by the same Statute is directed
Therefore your Petrs. humble pray yor. Honor. & Worpps. would
be pleased hear them all in the prmisses And to order the
Churchwarderns of St. Buttolph Bishoppsgate
to appear
here before upon and to Quash the said Warrant made by the
said two Justices Anderson the said Ralph Harwood< no role >
with

& Elizth. & Anne their children to the said Parish of
St. Buttolph without Bishoppsgate
to be by them kept & order
for untill they can Free themselves of the charge thereof by due
course of Law
