Whereas Complaint hath beene this day
made unto us Two of his Maties Justices of the
Peace for the sd Citty (Quor Unus) by the
Church-Wardens & Overseeres of the poore of the
Pish of St. Sepulchers London That one Anne
Warner< no role > Singlewoman daughter of John Warner< no role >
late of Pish of [..] Saviour Southwarke deced
is come lately into their said Pish of St. Sepulchers
endeavouring to settle there contrary to Law, nor
haveing gained any legall Settlemt. there, and
that she is likely to become chargeable there
unto, unless time prvented, And whereas it
apprs. unto us upon the Oath of Elizabeth Merifeild< no role >
that the last legall settlemt. of the sd Anne
Warner< no role > was in the sd. Pish of [..] Saviours
Southwarke where she was borne, & where her sd
Father was a House Keeper & pd Pish Duties, and
that since she hath had noe other legall settlemt.

These are therefore in his Maties name strictly
to Charge & Command you, the Church Wardens &
Overseers of the poore of the sd Pish of St. Sepulchers
London, some or one of you, upon sight hereof To
remove & Convey the Body of the sd. Anne Warner< no role >
out of yor. said Pish, unto the sd Pish of [..] Savious
Southwarke , & her deliver unto the Church-Wardens
& Overseeres of the poore there, or to some or one of
them who are hereby [..] required her to receive &
Pvide for (as Occasion shall require) untill they shall
be of her discharged by due Course of Law, and
for soe doeing this shalbe yor. Warrt. Given under
[..] our hands & Seales this Eighth Day of December
