of the poore of the parish of St. Buttolph without Aldgate

said parish endeavouring to settle there withoutgiveing
Notice in Writeing to the said Churchwardens & Overseers
of the poore or any of them as by law is required, and that
he brot with him Margaret Firbanke< no role > This name instance is in set 2962. his daughter
being an infant of about the age of Seaven & eight
months, And that the said Henry Firbanke< no role > This name instance is in set 2962. is since
runn away & has left his said Child a charge to the
said parish, And for as much as it appears unto us
upon the affidt. of the said Henry Firbanke< no role > This name instance is in set 2962.
by him made & subscribed sometime before his
Departure as aforesaid that his last legallsettlemt
Settlemt was in the parish of Saint Withers
In the the City & County of the City of Norwich in the
County of Norfolke , where he served as an apprentice
with and Christopher Bellingham< no role > & afterwards turned
over to one Robert Harmeuin< no role > (as he said parish worstead
weaver with whom he lived five yeares, and that
since he hath had noe other legall settemt. whatsoever.

without Aldgate , on Sight hereof to remove & convey the

unto the said parish of Saint Swithins in the said City & County of
the City of Norwich in the County of Norfolke , and herde live
unto the Church wardens & overseers of the poore therefore
to do [..] them, who are hereby of returned her to
receive & give for, untill they shall be of her discharged
by due Course of Lawe, and for Soe doeing this shall be give
warrant, given under our hands & seales this Fifteenth
day of May Ao. Din 1699
