Whereas the Churchwardens of the Pish of Allhallows
Lumbard Street have this day made Complaint unto us
Sr . Richard Levett< no role > Knt . Lord Mayor & Sr . John Moore< no role >
Knight & Aldran Two of his Majtie. Justices of the peace
for the sd. City & Libties whereof It the sd Lord Mayor an
of the Quor That Evan Evans< no role > did Lately Come into their
Pish, without giveing any notice in writing of his
Comeing thither according to the Late Act of Parliamt.
in that Case made And that he is likely to become
Chargeable to the sd. Pish if not timely prvented And
forasmuch as it appeares unto us by the oath of the
sd. Evan Evans< no role > That his last Legall Settlemt. was
in the Pish of St. Martins Vintridge London where he Liv'd
with Sr . John Sweetaple< no role > as hir'd Servt . for the
space of one year & aqr. Wee do therefore adjudge
That the Last Legall Settlemt. of the sd. Evan Evans< no role >
was in the sd. Pish of St. Martins Vintridge .

These are therefore in his Majties. name to require
you forthwith upon Sight hereof to Convey the sd Evan
Evans< no role > to the sd. Pish of St. Martins Vintridge & him
there deliver to the Churchwardens or Overseers of
the poor of the said pish whom wee do hereby require
to provide for according to Law And this shall be your
Warrt. dated & Given under our hands & Seales This
14 day of November in the Eleaventh year of the Reign
of our Soveraigne Lord within the Third King of England
