Whereas complaint was this day made unto us
of his Matyes Justices of ye Peace for this Citty and
libtyes (Quorum Unus) by the Church Wardens and
Overseers of ye Poore of ye Pish of St: Ann Black fryers
wth in this Citty of London yt Randolph Lowthen< no role > &
Ann< no role > his Wife with John Lowthen< no role > is Son are lately
come into their parish & likely become chargeable
thereunto unless timely prvented & whereas it
appeares unto us by the oath by the said Ann Lowthen wife
of ye said Randolph [..] Lowthen< no role > that her said husbands
of [..]
Citty of Bristoll in ye Pish of Ratcliffe where he was
borne and served his Apprnticeshipp & whereas
it appeares unto us he hath had no other legall
settlemt: elsewhere since.

These are therefore in his Matyes name strictly
to require you forthwith to pass & convey the said
[..] Randolph Lowthen< no role > wth Ann his Wife & their young
Child the next & directest way out of your
said Parish of St Ann Black fryers London into
the said Parish of Ratcliffe in ye City of Bristoll
& there leave ye said [..] Randolph Lowther< no role > wth Ann his
wife & John their young Child wth ye Church-
Wardens or Overseers of ye Poore of the said
parish or one of them to be provided for
according to Law who are hereby required to
maintain & provide for them accordingly &
this shall be your Warrtt: given undr: our
hands & seales this 17th day of July 1699
