Aaron Smith< no role > maketh Oath that Alexander Mongomery< no role >
a witnesse for the King against the said John Nall
could not bee produced this Sessions or the last
Session before this though endeavours have beene
used for that purpose, hee being a Mariner or Seaman
And this Deponant further saith that yesterday & some
few dayes before the beginning of this Sessions Mr
Ellis Secreatary to the Rt honoble. yt Wm. Humball< no role >
Shewed this Depont a letter from Mr Abraham
Kick< no role > his Majties Consal in Holland dated in August
last Importing that the said Alexander Montgomery< no role >
was on board a Ship in a Fleet or Convey gone for
Scolland & was suddenly Expected to whime in to Holland
from whence hee should bee sent in to England upon
his Amieall there or to that very effect but is not
yet come as this are ponr can beaw or beleives
