a witnesse for the King against the said John Nall
could not bee produced this Sessions or the last
Session before this though endeavours have beene
used for that purpose, hee being a Mariner or Seaman
And this Deponant further saith that yesterday & some
few dayes before the beginning of this Sessions Mr
