Eliz: Gower< no role > this Informt. being on his Majesties behalfe
upon Oath Saith yt on Tuesday last was four weeks wch was
ye 17th. day of Fber Wm. Birched< no role > ye Prisoner here present
did come to her father house at ye bear in Abchurch
lane & there wth, another pson in his Company did call
for drink and 'twas drawed in a Silver Tankerd & after
ye sd. 2 Psons had been a little time in ye house drinking
they both went of and payed noe reckoning & Pchged
ye sd. Silver Tankerd along with them and farther this
Depont. Saith not

Wm Birched this Examt. being duely Examined Sayeth yt
as for ye Charge of Stealing ye Silver Tankerd he is no ways
guilty of it but he Confesseth yt he was in Mr Edwards
house at ye bear in Abchurch lane abt. a month since
in ye Company of Wm, Yeoin & yt he went away &
paid noe reckoning & yt ye sd. Yeoin did Steal & take
away ye sd. Silver Tankerd yt himselfe is Charged with &
gave him this Examt. 37s. for his Share of the sd felony
& further he sayeth not
