Whereas Complt. hath beene made unto us whose
hands and seales are hereunto sett, two of theire Majesties
Justices of the Peace for the said Cittie of London, one being
of the Quor by the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poore, of the Parrish of St. Bottolphes Bpps Gate, which is in
the said Cittie of London That on Elizabeth Howard< no role > of the
Pish of St. Mary le Bowe within the said Cittie of London
single woman is lately come into theire said Parrish within
the Cittie of London, with intent to settle there, without giveing
notice or warneing in Writeing unto the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poore of the same, as by Law she is required
to doe. And is likely to become Chargeable to ye said Parrish
unless tymely prevented And forasmuch as oath is
made before us by the said Elizabeth Howard< no role > that her
last legall Settlement, was with one Mrs. Robert a Coffee
woman, in the Parrish of St. Mary le Bowe within the
Cittie of London aforesaid as a hired servant These
are therefore in theire Majesties Names to require
and Comand you the Officers of the said Parrish of St.
Bottolphs Bpps Gate within the said Cittie of London
or some or one of you, to take passe and Carrie away
the said Elizabeth Howard< no role > out of ye said Parrish
to the Parrish of St. Mary le Bowe aforesaid and
there deliver her in to the Churchwardens or Overseers
of the Poore of the same, or to some or one of them
who are hereby likewise in theire Majesties names
required the said Elizabeth Howard< no role > to receive and
provide for according to Law And hereof you nor
any of you are to fayle Give undr our hands and
Seales this 6th. day of December Anno Dom 1692
