of the Peace of the City of London

Who sayeth That she being with Katherine
Austin
< no role > in the time of her Sickness And on her death
bed she did charge her husband Thomas Austin< no role > with
Poysening her and desired that he might be apprhended
and discribed him and his Cloathes to her for that
purpose; And this deponent. saith that the said Rather
told her it was drinking A hot pot in St. Martins le Grand
at a Cooks Shop , And this Informt. sayth that, that
day the said Katherine dyed she said her heart was
swelled as bigg as two hearts

upon oath the day and yeare abovesaid

Who sayeth That on Sunday was Sennight Katherine
Austin
< no role > (being a nurse keeping at her house) [..] about
5 or 6 A Clock came to her house for an Egg and told
her it was for A hott pott with her husband and when
she came home she said she was poysoned and she this
Informt. asking her why she thought soe, she replyed that
she put her finger into the pott & felt something at the
bottome of the pott that was while & gritty & askt her
husband what it was and he told her it was Egg and
Sugar, but all along till she dyed she charged him with
poysoning her
