in Throgmorton Street in the Parish of St. Bartholomew of
London taken upon Oath the first day of Decembr.

said County

Who Saith That Mr. Edwd. Owen< no role > having in the beginnige
October last had his [..] are house broke open [..] near the
Custome house key in the City of London and three halfe
Cloths of broad Cloth Stollen out thence two blews & one of
them green and this informt. goeing along with the sd. Mr. Owen
to Search for the same he found one small piece of green Cloth
& one piece of green list of Cloth at the house of John
Palmer< no role > of St. Catherines in this Country Silk throper which
he verily believes to be pieces of the sd. Cloth soe Stollen
and that he the said Palmer confessed he had one Remnant
of blue Cloth & a Remnt. of Green belonging to the left
aforementioned
