Who being upon Oath saith that he was present at
the apprehending of the person now present who
calls himself John Burton< no role > in Lombard Street
that on Searching his person in the right Hand Coat
pocket he found the pocket Book now produced
and in his Fob pocket he found the Ten pound Bank
Note now Produced No. 4174 dated 8th. October last
