Night about five o' Clock as he this Informant, Joseph
Borrett< no role > and william Birkwood< no role > were coming out of the Roman Catholic Chapel
in Duke Street Lincolns Inn Fields the Prisonera person now present who calls himself Edward
Lary< no role > who was Standing in the front of the Chapel began
to abuse them, and upon their desiring him to desist, he
struck the said Joseph Borrett< no role > , upon which this Informant
pass'd on towards wild Street , when turning round
to see if Informant Borrett was following him, he saw
the prisoner holding a Watch Chain in his Hand and
saw the Case of a Watch spinning on the Ground which
Chain and Case he immediately found belonged to
the said Joseph Borrett< no role >
