Who being Severally upon oath Say
And first this Informant John Beckman< no role >
for himself Saith that he keeps a public
house in Crown Street in the parish of Saint
Ann Westminster in the Said County, that the
person now present who calls herself Margaret
Grove< no role > lodger in the back room on the second Floor
of this Informant's house And further Saith
that he has the care of Box belonging to a
Benefit Club which is held in his house
And that on the first Tuesday of this Month
he put into the said Box thirteen Pounds
one Shilling and one Penny half penny in Gold Silver
And half pence And the said Box was then
locked by the two Stewards of the Club and
this Informant, each of whom had a Key
but has never been opened by either of them
