London Salesman severally makemaketh oath thatthey thewhe this
Deponents became Bent for the personal appearance of the
above named John Goss< no role > to give Evidence for the Crown on
the Charge above mentioned at the present Sessions of Oyer
and Terminer, And that since the time ofthenbecoming
Bail the said John Goss< no role > hath left the usual place of his
[..] window which was in Cable street Well alone Square in the
County of Middlesex (when he carried on the business of a Pawn
Broker ) so that this Deponents cannot now produce him to
give evidenceagainaccording totheresuch Recognizance, And these
DeponantsSeverally saySaith thattheyhe hath usedtheirhis atmost
endeavors to learn where he the said John Goss< no role > now is bad from
the test informationtheyhe hath been able to procuretheyhath
reason to believe thatbethe said John Goss< no role > is some where in
Wales at his Sisters but in what particular placetheycannot
learn, And these Depoentsusually saySaith thattheyhe will continue
their endeavors to produce the said John Goss< no role > at the next Sessions
and therefore they humbly hope that their Recognizance may
be respiteduntil the next Sessions
