Who being upon Oath says that on Wednesday the 25th day of
March Instant having received Information that there were Some
Coiners at a House. No 18 in Bell Court Grays Inn Lane

and in the back Parlour found two persons now present who call
themselves Thomas Denton< no role >

sitting at a Table
and before them were some Papers of Accounts which they were
Settling That upon searching a Bureau in the said Parlour
he found a great Quantity of Counterfeit Shillings and also
punctieons for Guineas and Shillingsthat in Searching
the prisoner Denton there were found by Thomas Carpmeal
Two half Crowns and Sixpence ground down to make Dies
from, Two keys, one that opened a temporary Door in the passage
And that the other Key opened the three pair of Stairs Back Room
That in Searching the Prisoner

Charles Jellous in his right hand Two Dollars, and in his Right hand
Waistcoat Pocket was a piece of Paper containing some Accounts,
And also two Keys, one of which opened the Latch of the said
Temporary Door in the Passage and the other Opened a Padlock
placed on the Door of the Vault in the front Kitchen where a
Large Press was fixed with a pair of Dies ready for Striking
Shillings together with Several other Dies for Half Crowns and
Shillings and Several pieces of Metal with the Impressions of
a Dollar, That in Searching the Two Pair of Stairs Back
Room he found a pair of Flasks for Casting, Sand, Crucible,
