for himself Saith that on the fifth day of December last he was at Work
in a New House situate in Asborn Street
as aforesaid that when he left Work
he left his Tools upon his Work Bench and Went away leaving the doors and
Windows Secure that when he went the next Morning he found the Iron Bars
had been taken away from the Kitchen Windows and the Tools Produced had
been Taken away says the Tools
produced are his property and are of the Value
of fifteen Shillings and the said

says that on the Eleventh day of February Instant
theyhe went to Search
the Prisoners House Situate on Salt Peter Bank
by virtue of a Search Warrant
for that purpose granted where
theyHe found the Tools produced together
with Sundrey other Articles
