Who being upon Oath say, and first the said John
Moore< no role >
for himself saith that he hath for a considerable
time and still doth Keep Cash at the House of
Messrs: Prescott and Co of Thread needle Street
Bankers and further Saith that the Draft now
produced for £700 dated the 22nd.. day of September
last purporting to be a draft drawn by this
Informant upon said Prescott and Co. is not of
this Informants hand writing but is false forged
and counterfeitedAnd the said Joseph Ifgrave< no role >
for himself saith that on the 3rd. and 15th. days of
September last a Foreigner came to the House of
the said John Moore< no role >
for the purpose of selling some
light gold CoinThat James Henry Moore< no role >
Son
of the said John Moore< no role >
purchased the same and
on the first of those days in part payment gave
the said Foreigner the Draft now produced by this
Informant drawn by the said John Moore< no role >
on said
Prescott and Co. for £42 and on the latter of those
days he the said James Henry Moore< no role >
purchased Gold to the Amount of £45..15..3
and offered to pay for the same in Bank Notes and
Cash but said Foreigner desiring to have a Draft
uponsaid John Moore< no role >
Bankers the Cheeque now produced
