Who being upon Oath severally say and
first the said James Hines< no role >
for himself
Says that on Friday Night the twelfth of
December last the Person now present who
calls himself Samuel Shepherd< no role >
came to
his Masters House and asked for a Bed
that he Shewed him one which he did not like's
Saying he wanted a Better that he Shewed
him a Bettor Bed in which he lay that Night
that about eight o'Clock the Next Morning
perceiving the Key of the Room Door not in the
lock as was usual he opened the Door and
found the Prisoner was gone and upon
examining the Bed Gound a Pair of Shirts a
Pillow Case and a Towell and a Night Cap
were feloniously Stolen as well as the Key
of the Room Door And the said Stolen Harford
for himself says that on Wednesday Night last
the
