Who being on Oath severally say and first the said Peter
Henstock< no role >
for himself says that about Eleven o'Clock this day he
observed the Prisoners now Present who Calls himself Thomas
Brimingham< no role >
Standing in the Passage
of his Masters house at
Which time this Informant put into his Great Coat Pocket
Which was hanging up in said Passage the Shirt two handkerchief
and remnant of Naukeen now Produced that Informant left
said Brimingham in the Passage
Supposing him to be waiting
to speak to his Master, that in the about a quarter of an hour
after Informant missed said Articles from his said Coat
Pocket, and as there had not been any other Person in said
Passage but said Birmingham Informant immediatly Suspected
him to have stolen the same, And this Informant further says
that he went to the Apartment of said Thomas Birmingham< no role >

Jackson Alley Bow Street
Where he Found in a box, the said two
handkerchiefs and [..] remnant of Nankeen, And the
said Philip Schlegel< no role >
for himself says that he this day bought
the Shirt now Produced by him of the said Thomas Brimingham< no role >
for Five Shilling
