for the County of Middlesex at Justice Hall in the Old Bailey and
give Evidence against another Prisoner for Felony promised the said other Deponents to Search the said List of Prisoners
who stood for Trial on the said Wednesday the twenty eighth day of October
Instant and to give them notice when the said Trial of the said John
Olding< no role > would come on And this Deponent Saith that he did accordingly
on the said wednesday the twenty eighth day of October instant between
the Hours of Twelve and One in the Day time examine the said
List of Prisoners who stood for Trial at Justice Hall aforesaid on that
Day but did not then find the name of the said John Olding< no role > in the said
List and therefore this Deponent without any Intention to favour the
said John Olding< no role > or for any Reward or Gain whatsoever Omitted to give
notice to the said Susan Merode andThomas Townsend< no role >
agreeable to the said Promise so made by this Deponent.
