of Little Windmill Street near the Hay Market in the County aforesaid

near Oxford Street in the County aforesaid Carpenter
severally make Oath as follows and first the said Susan Merode< no role > and
Thomas Townsend< no role > for themselves say that on or about the
ninth day of October instant they these Deponents were bound by
Recognizance to prosecute and give Evidence against the said John
Olding< no role > for Felony and in pursuance of such Recognizance they these
Deponents preferred a Bill of Indictment against the said John Olding< no role >
for Felony to the Grand Jury at the Session House for the said County
on Monday the twenty sixth day of October Instant and the same
being found by the Grand Jury a true Bill these Deponents fully
intended to have appeared at the present Session of the Delivery of the
Goal of Newgate holden for the County of Middlesex at Justice Hall
in the Old Bailey on Wednesday the Twenty eighth day of October
Instant to have given Evidence on the Trial of the said John Olding< no role >
but these Deponents Say that relyong on the Information to be given to
them by the other Deponent John Robson< no role > who promised to Search the
List of Prisoners usually put up in the yard belonging to this Court
and which stood for Trial on the said Wednesday at Justice Hall aforesaid
when the Trial of the said John Olding< no role > would come on they these Deponents
for want of such Information and without any motive of Havour to the
said John Olding< no role > or for any Reward or Gain whatsoever Omitted to attend
on the said Wednesday to give Evidence against the said John Olding< no role >
And the said John Robson< no role > for himself Saith that he this Deponent being
bound by Recognizance to appear at the present Session of Goal Delivery
