wash'd them in clean Water after which they put
then into a [..] Bay and shock them together
when they appeard lit for Circulation, and the said
Geo. Dawson then delivered them to this Examinant
who lock them away [..] himAnd this Examinant
for saith that during the time they continued of
Hoxton which was about a Month afterwards he has frequently
seen both the above persons in company together go
thro the whole process of costing the Counterfeit
Money called half Crowns Shillings and Six pences and
afterwards colouring and finishing the Same fit for
Circulation, and that Examinant has several times
seen them make are of [..] burning Nitre for Colouring
the same in the Manner stated above And this Examt.
further Saith that the said George Dawson< no role > & Deborah

Midsummer last when they went and resided in
Peter Street Westminster when they remained about
a Fortnight when they left Westminster and came
and resided in the house in which they were apprehended
that during the time they have so resided in the
house where they were apprehended to which house
