Stood by telling this Informant that said Bains was the man
who had robbed his father he laid hold of him when his
two Companions ran away And the said William Rowles< no role >
for himself says that he was coming through said Passage
at this time and hearing a Woman say how Cruel it was
to take the said Thomas Wards Watch from him it induced
this Informant to take Notice, when he observed the said
John Bains< no role > and two other walking towards the Park and
the said William Ward< no role > running after them, and before
said William Ward< no role > laid hold of said Bains he observed
said Bains give something to are of his Companious in a
Brown Coat but what it was he cannot say, immediately
upon which said Man in the Brown Coat Ran away with
great speed.
