last about the hour of Ten his Mistress told him she
heard a noize in the Wash house that he went and
found the person present who says his name is Thomas
Cross< no role > a Top of the Copper having hold of it says
he pulled him off asking what business he had these
answered he came to case himself says the said
Copper was safe in the Watchouse in its place about
an hour before
