Birks< no role > taken upon Oath the 27th. Day of June
1789.

Who upon his Oath saith that on Friday [..] the
Twenty seventh Day of June Instant about Twelve oClock
at Night as he was passing along in the Street near the
Angel Inn at the back part of St. Clements Church he
was accosted by the Prisoner Charlotte Walker< no role > This name instance is in set 1436. who asked
Him if he would have a Fuck to which he answered no
the Prisoner upon that immediately laid held of him
unbottoned his Breeches and took out of his
Breeches three Guineas and an half in Gold and
some Silver upon which he seized hold of her called
the Watchman and delivered her into his Custody

Henry Bricks< no role > for himself saith that being
Constable of the night the Prisoner Charlotte Walker< no role >
was brought to the Watch house about 12 oClock
at night on the 26th. of June Instant that he searched
the Prisoner Charlotte Walker< no role > This name instance is in set 1436. 's Pocketts and found
therein six Shillings in Silver and a few half pence
