before me this 22nd. day of November 1788

Who saith that he is a Labouring Man, is single
is 39 Years old and was born in the parish of Roston
in Cheshire - came from Birmingham on Tuesday last
That he lay that Night at Coventry , the next Night at
Dunchurch, the next night at Stoney Strat ford [..] and came
to [..] Watford yesterday came to London this morning
That he bought the two Gease now produced of a
Man near Watford for five Shillings and Six pence
last NightThat he dont know the Man he bought them
ofThat he found the Lead this mornign about 4 o'Clock
between Busby and Watford in a Ditch in the [..]
State it now is and further saith that he is now out
of Employ
