Samuel Williams< no role > says he was employed by Mr. Samuel Thornton< no role >
of Marks Lane London Lighterman and dealer and Corns to watch a Barge
Loaded with Barley at Mr. Henley Wharf near the Hermitage Wappping
and that the Barley produced was spilt Barley which he picked up in the Barge and
was carrying home when he was stopt by the Watchman present in
Ratcliff [..] Highway this morning about half an hours after five
