The King against Saml Radenhursh< no role >
On the prosecution of Geo. Frazier< no role > for Perjury

Mr Darley< no role > who is a very respectable Apothecary by his Affidavit
Sworn in Court this 13th day of Decr.. States

That he hath for several days last past visited as
his Patient the Deft. who was at the time he first Visited
him & now is dangereously ill with a violent Pubriol
Fever which renders him at different times delirious
so that it wod. be with danger & at the hazaror
of his life to Remove him in Order to plead to the
above Indictment.

The Deft was last Session Committed by this Court
but having during the time he was in Newgate
Contracted the Goal distemper his friends thought it
advisable to Bail him out in Order to have proper
advise which was done on Saturday the 6th of Decr instant
he was immy put to Bed & hath not been out of Bed
ever Sincehe was given over by Mr. Darley< no role > 3 or 4
days ago & indeed is not expected to live one day after
the othersuppose he was not delirious it wod be
dangerous being never him on Account of the
Fever being infections
