upon Turning over several Bank Notes she believes
to the Number of Twelve he informed her that
he had not any small enough to give her
Change and he had not more than four
Guineas in cach and she Returned without
Change and afterwards mentioned the
Circumstance of the deceased having
so many Notes where Fathers Servant Margaret Arnold< no role > but no other person was
present when she so informed her

Charles Hepburn< no role > of the Parish and County aforesaid
Surgeon being Sworn upon his, Oath saith That
he has Viewed the Body of the deceased
Robert Macintosh< no role > that he found a Wound
in the right Breast of about the Length of one
Inch and an half and the Depth of two
Inches which Deponent is of Opinion
Mertal and Deponent believes such wound
