of the Peace in and for the said County who being on Oath say And first the
said

on her Oath saith she

lodge in her said house And that on Monday night last the 11th Instant between
the hours of Eleven and twelve The person present who says his name is

came and asked her to let lodge there which she refused
andhe went away
and returned in about a Quarter of an hour and agreed to lay with another man
and pay Three penceThat

came in took of her her Clock and laid it on
the Table where they were says

paid her this Informant for his Lodging
he standing fronting her with his Back to the Table drunked his Gin run out immediately
and never returned saying he would go and fetch some beer Says

said he had taken her cloak and run out to endeavour to secure him That he hath
not a Doubt the said

Instant between the hours of Eleven and twelve she went to her Lodgings as aforesaid where she

pay Mrs. Thompson for his lodgingThat she pulled her Black silk mode cloak
of which she Values at Ten Shillings and laid it on the Table went and fetched some Gin which they
drank That

stood with his back toward the said Table saying he would go and fetch a pot
of Bear that he immediately went away and before he could be clear of the fore door she missed her
Cloak and went in the neighbourhood to see if she could find him that she did notand as these
were only themselves she has not a Doubt but the said Richard stole her said Cloak
