Beale had stolen a gold Ring and accused
the said John Beale< no role > with the same which
he desired when this Informant seized
hold of the said John Beale< no role > and with
the assistance of her husband searched
him and found the Ring now produced
in his pocket

And this Informant William
Glover< no role > for himself Saith that he is a
servant to the other Informant John
Sarbitt< no role > and was present in the Shop
when his Mistress accused the person
now present who calls himself John
Beale< no role > with having stolen the plain
gold Ring now produced and did see the
said Ring drop out of the said John
Beale< no role > 'swaistcoatpocket And this
Informant further saith that upon
the said John Beale< no role > 's being charged with having stolen the
said Ring the said John Beale< no role > denied
his [..] havinghave the possession of
the same
