and put it in his pocket when this Informant
immediately accused the said John Beale< no role >
with having taken one of his rings which
he denied and attempted to turn out his
pocket when this Informant's wife in his
presencesearchedturned thewaistcoat
pocket of the person now present who
calls himself John Beale< no role > inside out when
the Ring now produced dropt on the ground
from out of [..] hiswaistcoat
pocket and which is the property of this
Informant And this Informant Penelope
Sarbitt for herself Saith that the person
now present who calls himself of John Beale< no role >
came into her husband's Shop in Saint
Martin's Court aforesaid about eight of the
Clock this Evening and desired to see some
fancy gold Rings which this Informant
shewed him and soon after requested to
see some plain gold Rings which she also
shewed him and in about four of five
minutes after he had been in the shop this
Informant observed the said John Beale< no role > put
one of the plain gold Rings into hiswaistcoat
pocket and soon afterimmediatelyattempted to go away
when she informed her husband the other
